suspense

Suspense is a cliffhanger, which results into leaving the target audience on the edge, who are unaware of what is to be seen next.
Suspense can also be a visceral effect, which affects the target audience physically, such as hugging a pillow or a person and screaming. Many movies watched use a range of false plateu, which basically gives the false impression that something terribly wrong is going to occur.
